Shipping policy

This website ships to the lower 48 states only and does not ship internationally.  Shipments will come via UPS and tracking information will be provided.  Some orders take longer due to the labor involved so please allow sufficient time for large orders.  If an order is damaged in shipping, please reach out to candicegriffydesigns@gmail.com to place a claim.  In this instance, please retain all packaging material and products for inspection if needed and document damage with photographs.
